Our factory covers an area of 6000 square meters with 15000 square meters of construction area and annual production capacity of 50 million units. Our company has a high-quality management team. Torch Auto Lamp was identified as high-tech enterprise in 2006. Our company has TORCH trademark that was registered in China and the USA.

Our company integrates research, development, manufacturing and sale. There are three categories of leading products, including auto lights, mirrors, harnesses and other accessories, totally more than 600 types. We developed and produced signal lamp and mirror series in 1998, headlamp series in 2002 and LED lamp series in 2003.

The main lamp products include headlamps, HID, LED, sealed signal lamps, bulb replacement signal lamps and interior lights. The main rearview mirrors include inside & exterior mirrors and prevent dizzy mirrors. The main auto harnesses include whole wiring harnesses for semi-trailers, harnesses for cabs of commercial vehicle and harnesses for chassis.

The products have been exported to North America and Europe for a long time since our company was set up, including after-markets and OEM markets. The main products are used for semi-trailers, heavy-duty trucks, big buses and engineering trucks.

Our products are researched, developed, manufactured and tested according to SAE, ECE and GB requirements and meet the regulations. Our company has also passed DOT, E-mark and CCC certifications according to the regulations in different markets. Our company has registered in NHTSA (National Highway Traffic Safety Administration) and our auto lamps exported to the USA meet FMVSS (Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard) 108.

Main production equipment includes PEI and PC horizontal injection machines, vertical multi-station injection machines, ultrasonic welding machines, friction welding machines made by Bruson, the USA, automatic gluing machines made by Nordson, the USA, vacuum plating equipment, head lamp assembly lines (including robot glue machines, seal testers, photometric test instruments), wave soldering LED lighting production lines, signal lamp production lines, rear mirror assembly lines, etc.

Main testing equipment includes photometric performance testing rooms, reflector testers, color analysis instruments, high and low temperature test chambers, dust chambers, hernia test chambers, water spray test chambers, salt spray test chambers, vibration testers, etc.

Our company is equipped with research and development software, including PRO/E, UG, CAD and 3DMAX, as well as light distribution professionals, shape, structure and circuit design professionals and other related professionals.
